The car was in for routine maintenance. I had failed to mention
one tire was continually depressurizing and the tire light kept
coming on. I remember to tell Jake shortly before it was done.
Immediately, he had the serviceman take a look at that tire and
they found a finishing nail which required a new tire. I was glad I
remembered to mention it, and I was grateful they were able to
quickly take it back to the service area to take another look at the
tire. Also, I was grateful that they gladly took the car in even
though I was 1/2 hour early for my appointment! It worked out
well since fixing the tire required an additional 1/2 hour and I
would have run over the time off I had requested at work.

Although it's more costly to go to a dealership, I trust they know
everything necessary to keep my vehicle in top condition. I only
have oil changes performed elsewhere. As I live 350 miles from
the dealership it's important to be able to complete all necessary
repairs and checks when I'm in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about Marty. I had contacted
him months ago and we determined it was not in myh best interest

in Aug., the circumstances were different and within 2 days I
drove out of the lot in a 2013 Volkwagen Bettle. There was no
pressure at all to buy a car and he worked with finance to secure
