Community Commitment

Kansas City Audi COVID-19 Coronavirus Plans and Hours of Operation

We are in unprecedented times with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) sweeping the nation. Recently, Kansas City and surrounding communities have been issued a stay-at-home order. For these reasons, Kansas City Audi OR Molle Volkswagen is implementing new operation strategies in the best interest of our customers, employees and the community at large.

Effective at the end of the business day March 23rd and lasting until April 24th, we will close our showrooms.

Our service and parts departments and collision center will remain open on a modified schedule: Service & Parts: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Collision Center: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed Saturday.

The safety and well-being of our customers and the community is top priority and the greatest importance. We understand there may be some disappointment for customers' planning to stop by and see one of our new or pre-owned models in person right now. However, at this time the safety and health of our community as well as every neighboring community in Missouri and Kansas and the nation takes precedence, with everyone being advised by health experts and officials to stay at home and away from large groups of people.

With that said, our digital storefront remains OPEN at all times for you to browse our selection of new Audi OR VW models and pre-owned vehicles. We will be answering the phones and responding to internet inquiries in order to help our customers through this challenging time. Feel free to continue the shopping and research process from your home. If you have questions, please contact us and we will respond to you as soon as possible. You may use the contact methods throughout our website, email us at leads@molleaudi.com, or call us at (816) 941-9500.

Like the rest of the country, we look forward to being able to get back to normal. We will be ready to welcome our customers into our showrooms again once this crisis has passed. In the meantime, please stay safe and listen to the health experts on how you can help slow or stop the spread of COVID-19 with frequent and proper hand washing, good hygiene as well as social distancing. We are all in this together. Take care of yourselves and take care of one another. We look forward to seeing you back here in person soon.
